Diamond Studs Giveaway Terms & Conditions Eligibility: This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Zaria, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the giveaway. Prize: The prize consists of one (1) lab-grown diamond Diamond Studs with a total carat weight not exceeding 3 carats, including the center stone and any side diamonds. The retail value of the ring will be up to $8,000. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative or prize substitutions will be allowed, except in the discretion of the sponsors, who reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Redemption: The Diamond Studs prize must be claimed and redeemed within 12 months from the giveaway end date, making the last date for redemption February 14th, 2025. Failure to claim and redeem the prize within this period will result in forfeiture of the prize. Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM (midnight) Eastern Time on February 7th and ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on February 14th. Duplicate entries from the same person will be disqualified. Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The drawing will be conducted by representatives of Zaria, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Notification of Winners: The winner will be notified via email or SMS within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to timely return the completed and executed declaration and releases as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
